1. What We Collect

When you use Solana Token Launcher via WhatsApp, we collect the following information you provide during the token creation flow:

• Your WhatsApp phone number (used to identify your session)
• Token name and symbol you choose
• Token logo image you upload
• The Solana wallet address you provide to receive tokens

2. How We Use It

We use your information solely to:

• Process your Solana token creation request
• Upload your token metadata to decentralised storage (Arweave/IPFS)
• Mint the SPL token to your specified wallet address
• Send you confirmation messages via WhatsApp

3. Data Retention

Session data (your token name, symbol, wallet address) is stored temporarily in our database and automatically deleted after your session expires (typically within 24 hours of completion). Token images uploaded to Arweave are permanent by nature of the decentralised storage protocol.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide the service (e.g., uploading metadata to Arweave/IPFS) or as required by law.

On-chain data (mint address, token metadata) is public by nature of the Solana blockchain.

5. WhatsApp

This service operates via the WhatsApp Business API. Your interactions are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices. We do not store your private keys or have access to your Solana wallet beyond the address you provide.
