1. Service Description

Solana Token Launcher ("the Service") allows users to create SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain via WhatsApp. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing a valid Solana wallet address to receive tokens.
• You are responsible for ensuring your token name, symbol, and image do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You must not use the Service to create tokens intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate any person, project, or entity.
• Tokens created are your sole responsibility once minted.

4. Fees and Costs

Token creation may involve small Solana network transaction fees (gas fees) paid from the service wallet. The service is provided free of charge, though this may change with notice.

5. Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a token is minted, it cannot be unminted. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect wallet addresses or token parameters you provide.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the Service or the tokens you create.

Creating a token does not guarantee liquidity, value, or trading availability on any platform.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to create tokens that:

• Impersonate legitimate projects or individuals
• Are intended as part of a fraud or scam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
